The offers in this online-shop represent a non-binding invitation to the Customer. By placing his order, the Customer submits a binding offer. Vontobel Fine Art Publishing House Ltd. acknowledges receipt and confirms said offer by means of an e-mailed confirmation to the Customer and the delivery of the ordered goods.

Prices, Availability and Delivery
All prices are quoted net. VAT, packaging costs, transportation costs and costs of customs clearance (where applicable) are not included.
Unless stipulated otherwise, we opt for the cheapest mode of transportation and dispatch the goods by post, parcel service or forwarding agent.
Delivery is for the Customer’s account and risk.
Vontobel Fine Art Publishing House endeavours to keep delays of delivery as short as possible. Should there be any delay in delivery, the Customer will be informed accordingly.

Payment Conditions
Unless otherwise stipulated, our invoices are payable without any deduction within 30 days from date of invoice.

Retention of title
Pending payment in full all goods delivered shall remain property of Vontobel Fine Art Publishing House Ltd.

Warranty
Vontobel will be informed of visible defects within five days of receipt of the goods. Package damages have to be confirmed by the forwarder on receipt of the goods.

We undertake to protect the confidentiality of your personal data and not to provide them to third parties.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss Law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Feldmeilen/Switzerland.
